1. Return Time Limit

Customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. Any return request beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all the following requirements:
  • Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and keep original new condition.
  • All original packaging, shoe boxes, tags, labels and accessories must be complete and intact.
  • No obvious scratches, dirt, wear marks or artificial damage on the sole and upper.
  • The return application is submitted within the valid 30-day return period.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

The following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Products worn, used, washed, modified or damaged artificially.
  • Missing original shoe box, tags or accessories.
  • Special customized products, clearance items and final sale products.
  • Damage caused by improper use, extrusion, soaking or long-term storage.
  • Return requests exceeding the 30-day valid period.

4. Official Return Process

All returns must follow the official process (returns without authorization will be rejected):
  1. Step 1: Contact Customer Service Send your order number, product photos and return reason to our official email to apply for return authorization (RMA).
  2. Step 2: Wait for Official Confirmation We will review your application within 1–3 working days and send you the return instructions and RMA number.
  3. Step 3: Send Back the Goods Pack the shoes completely and ship them to the official return address provided by us. Please use trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number.
  4. Step 4: Inspection & Refund After we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

5. Return Shipping Fee

Unless the products are defective or wrong items delivered, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not bear customs duties, import fees or additional logistics costs incurred during return transportation.

6. Refund Method & Time

All refunds will be returned via the original payment channel. After the inspection is passed, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

7. Compliance Statement

We do not accept return orders from sanctioned countries and regions. Any illegal return behavior will not be processed.
